SCHOOL FEES
FACTS Tuition Management Service
All registration and tuition payments are paid to the FACTS Tuition Management Service. We use this service to more efficiently manage the tuition collection process and to help families meet their financial obligation in a simple, convenient way that is completely confidential and secure.
Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $200.00 per student is assessed to cover curriculum.
Student Activities Fee
An annual student activities fee of $100.00 per student is assessed to cover sports, student insurance, musical programs, computer lab and other activities.
Insurance: School time accident insurance is secured for each student. Details concerning this insurance can be obtained from the school office. The cost of this insurance policy is covered by the student's activity fee.

Delinquent Fee Policy

Accounts are considered delinquent 5 days after the due date to FACTS.

A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for all late payments.

The school reserves the right to dismiss a student whose account is delinquent.

Students may not be allowed to re-enroll if the account is delinquent.Students with delinquent accounts may not be allowed to participate in special activities.
Optional, Special or Specific Fees

Fall/Spring & Sports Portraits Pictures - The school contracts with professional photographers for individual and class portraits and also sports portraits for participants.

Special Activities/Field Trips - The cost of these programs will be kept to a minimum so that all students may participate. Please read school notices to keep informed of activities.

Classroom Supplies - Supply lists are available in the school office.

P.E. Uniform – Mandatory for 5th Grade and above ($20 through the school office)

Regional Student Convention - Regional Student Convention fees are included in the Annual Tuition for students 13 years and older.

International Student Convention – Parent Sponsored fundraisers raise money for those students who become eligible at Regional Student Convention.

High School Courses – Computer Lit., Rosetta Stone Foreign Language, etc.
